Welcome to Caption-It. By using our mobile application (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least [13/16] years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide the App’s services.
• You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• If you subscribe to a paid service, you agree to provide accurate payment information.
• All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Refund policies are outlined in App Store Refund policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App’s code.
• Using the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
• Uploading harmful content, including viruses or malware.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (except for User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use.
• You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Effective Date” and providing additional notice where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
